Refurn Policy
Dream Sonics will refund your full purchase price providing one (or more) of these conditions are met (conditions marked with an asterisk (*) are required):
*Your bank / Paypal account was illegally charged (fraud)
*You provide a reasonable explanation why the refund needs to be made.
*We cannot refund you where you have accessed and received the final files. Refund needs to be requested before finalising the project.

Digital Terms and Conditions for Online Mixing and Mastering Service
1. Agreement Overview
1.1 This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Dream Sonics, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."
1.2 By accessing or using the online mixing and mastering services provided by the Service Provider, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. Service Description
2.1 The Service Provider offers online mixing and mastering services for audio recordings, as described on the website.
2.2 The Client acknowledges that the quality of the final product is dependent on the quality of the original recording provided by the Client.
3. Payment and Fees
3.1 The Client agrees to pay the fees as specified on the Service Provider's website or as mutually agreed upon in writing.
3.2 Payment is due before the commencement of the mixing and mastering process.
3.3 Additional fees may apply for any extra services requested by the Client beyond the scope of the original agreement.
4. Turnaround Time
4.1 The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to complete the mixing and mastering process within the agreed-upon timeframe. Those timeframes being 3 business days for mastering and 5-10 business days for mixing from the moment the order is paid for.
4.2 Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the Service Provider will communicate any such delays to the Client.
5. Revisions
5.1 The Client is entitled to a reasonable number of revisions.
5.2 Additional revisions may incur extra charges, as determined by the Service Provider.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 The Client retains ownership of the original audio recordings provided.
6.2 The final mixed and mastered tracks become the property of the Client upon full payment of the agreed-upon fees.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 The Service Provider agrees to keep all audio recordings and related information confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without the Client's consent.
8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Service Provider's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the services.
